Yes. Depending on the service package and property location, SOCM can coordinate turnover cleaning, property inspections, house supply management, and additional on-site support. Some services, including emergency visits, minor repairs, and specialized maintenance, involve additional charges.
06 Are SOCM's cottage management fees the same in every service area?
SOCM offers three management packages: Basic (15%), Standard (20%), and Hands-Free (25%). Management fees follow the selected package, while additional on-site services, travel requirements, and service availability may vary depending on the cottage's location. We confirm the applicable arrangements during the property assessment.
