Additional services: Lawn mowing, professional off-site laundry, emergency response, minor repairs, and third-party contractor support may involve separate charges.
Off-site laundry is required for cottages using SOCM turnover cleaning. Owner-funded supplies, contractor costs and other direct expenses are separate from management fees.
Service availability and scope are subject to the selected management agreement and property-specific requirements.
